By accessing or using our website and online dermatology consultation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

- Definitions
- “User” / “You”: Any person accessing or using our website or services.
- “Consultation”: Online dermatology consultation provided by registered medical practitioners (RMPs).
- “Platform”: Our website and related online services.
- “Prescription”: Medical prescription issued electronically by a licensed dermatologist in compliance with Indian laws.
- Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- Minors may use the services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and consultation.
- Nature of Services
- Our platform enables you to consult with certified dermatologists online for skin, hair, and nail conditions.
- The service includes:
- Video, audio, or chat-based consultations.
- E-prescriptions (if medically appropriate).
- Follow-up advice.
- Emergency medical situations are NOT covered. Please seek in-person or hospital-based care in emergencies.
- Medical Disclaimer
- Consultations provided on this platform are based on the information you share, including images and history.
- The platform does not replace a physical examination by a doctor where required.
- We are not responsible for any harm caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
- Always follow the dermatologist’s instructions and prescribed course of treatment.
- Compliance with Laws
- All consultations and prescriptions comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020), Drugs & Cosmetics Act (1940), and D&C Rules (1945).
- We do not process requests for Schedule X medicines or other habit-forming drugs.
- Payments & Refunds
- Payments for consultations must be made in advance via our secure payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Double payment due to technical errors.
- Failure to deliver a scheduled consultation (due to technical issues from our side).
- Refund requests can be submitted to [contact@dermatonline.in] within 2 days.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal and medical data is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for providing healthcare services.
- We do not share your data with third parties except as required for:
- Providing medical care (with your consent).
- Payment processing.
- Legal or regulatory obligations.
- User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide complete and accurate information during consultations.
- To use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not to misuse or share prescriptions for unauthorized purposes.
- Not to engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior towards doctors or staff.
- Limitation of Liability
- Dermat Online provides a technology platform and facilitates access to licensed dermatologists.
- We are not liable for:
- Any outcomes resulting from misuse of prescriptions or failure to follow medical advice.
- Delays or disruptions caused by internet or third-party service providers.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the consultation fee paid by you.
- Intellectual Property
- All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Dermat Online and protected by copyright law.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
- Third-Party Services
- We use third-party payment gateways and hosting providers.
- We are not responsible for any loss, delays, or breaches caused by these external services.
- Changes to Terms
