Due to the nature of digital healthcare services, we maintain a strict No-Cancellation and No-Refund Policy.
- No Cancellation
- Once a consultation is booked and payment is successfully processed, the appointment cannot be cancelled.
- We encourage patients to carefully review their selected date, time, and details before confirming the booking.
- No Refund
- Consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of:
- Change of mind by the patient
- Missed or late attendance at the scheduled consultation
- Partial or non-use of the service
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Payment errors leading to duplicate charges
- Technical failures on our side preventing the consultation
- Technical Issues
- If a consultation cannot be completed due to a technical issue from our side, we will offer:
- A rescheduled consultation at no additional cost, or
- A refund of the consultation fee, at our discretion.
- Patient Responsibility
- Patients are responsible for ensuring:
- A stable internet connection
- Access to a compatible device for video or chat consultations
- Failure to join or complete the consultation due to technical or personal reasons on the patient’s side will not qualify for a refund.
