Due to the nature of digital healthcare services, we maintain a strict No-Cancellation and No-Refund Policy.

  1. No Cancellation
  • Once a consultation is booked and payment is successfully processed, the appointment cannot be cancelled.
  • We encourage patients to carefully review their selected date, time, and details before confirming the booking.
  1. No Refund
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of:
    • Change of mind by the patient
    • Missed or late attendance at the scheduled consultation
    • Partial or non-use of the service
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
    • Payment errors leading to duplicate charges
    • Technical failures on our side preventing the consultation
  1. Technical Issues
  • If a consultation cannot be completed due to a technical issue from our side, we will offer:
    • A rescheduled consultation at no additional cost, or
    • A refund of the consultation fee, at our discretion.
  1. Patient Responsibility
  • Patients are responsible for ensuring:
    • A stable internet connection
    • Access to a compatible device for video or chat consultations
  • Failure to join or complete the consultation due to technical or personal reasons on the patient’s side will not qualify for a refund.
